Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank (01551): Tan Bo Elected as Employee Director

(the Bank) held the Bank's employee representative assembly on October 27, 2026, at which Mr. Tan Bo was elected as an employee director of the fourth board of directors of the Bank, and shall perform his duties in accordance with the relevant procedural provisions of the Measures for the Administration of the Qualifications of Directors (Council Members) and Senior Managers of Banking Financial Institutions (2025), with his term lasting until the expiration of the fourth board of directors. Following the completion of the above election, Mr. Tan Bo serves as an employee director of the Bank and no longer serves as an executive director of the Bank.
