Embodied intelligent robotics company FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. completed the merger of FFAI's robotics assets and business and successfully listed, marking the official Nasdaq debut of FFR, the first pure-play stock in the "four-core all-intelligence" humanoid and bionic Physical AI robotics ecosystem. At the same time, FFR completed organizational adjustments at the governance and management levels, appointing Jia Yueting as CEO, Jerry Wang as Executive Chairman, Chen Shi as Lead Independent Director, and Jason E. Dodier as Independent Director. "The listing of FFR is another historic moment for me personally and for the entire team," said FFR CEO Jia Yueting. "As the first company in the United States to simultaneously deliver humanoid robots and bionic robots, and the first pure-play stock in the U.S. stock market's 'four-core all-intelligence' humanoid and bionic EAI robotics ecosystem, the company's goal is to become No. 1 in robotics education in the U.S., maintain a top-three overall ranking in the Physical AI robotics industry, and become one of the most valuable companies in the Physical AI era." Currently, FF's "four-core all-intelligence" ecosystem continues to make new progress and breakthroughs. Among them, the EAI Brain and Developer Platform core officially released the FF OmniMind unified AI brain; the robot body core is expected to see sales and shipments exceed 300 units in October, setting a new monthly high, with cumulative sales and shipments exceeding 1,100 units by October, and continuing to deliver with positive gross margins.
