Li Aiguo, former Party Secretary and Director of the Bengbu Regulatory Branch of the former China Banking Regulatory Commission, is under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation.

The Anhui Discipline Inspection and Supervision Network reported on October 27 that Li Aiguo, former Party Committee Secretary and Director of the Bengbu Regulatory Sub-bureau of the former China Banking Regulatory Commission, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Anhui Financial Regulatory Bureau; and, under jurisdiction designated by the Anhui Provincial Supervisory Commission, is undergoing supervisory investigation by the Anqing Municipal Supervisory Commission.
