Ltd. jointly announced that on October 26, 2026, the company proposed to issue 12 million subscription shares, 8 million subscription shares, 3.5 million subscription shares, and 500,000 subscription shares to Invengo Technology Pte. Ltd., Mr. Xu Chaoyang, Ms. Tang Xiuping, and Mr. Ye Zhonghua respectively, representing approximately 16.3%, 10.9%, 4.8%, and 0.7% of the enlarged issued share capital respectively, at HK$1.68 per subscription share, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$38.3 million.
