Anthropic founder once participated in a total of $5 billion in cash-out

Anthropic founder Dario Amodei and Daniela Amodei, along with Chief Financial Officer Krishna Rao, all participated in a share tender offer transaction earlier this year. In that transaction, shareholders collectively cashed out nearly $5 billion by selling their shares. According to regulatory filings, the Amodei siblings also participated in a share tender offer transaction last year, when shareholders collectively sold nearly $157 million worth of stock.
