Zhitong Finance APP News, Qingjian International (01240.HK) announced that the following took effect from October 26, 2026: Mr. Wang Congyuan has resigned as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee, and has been appointed as Honorary Chairman; Mr. Du Dexiang has been re-designated from Co-Chief Executive Officer to Chairman of the Board, and has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Li Jun has been re-designated from Chief Executive Officer to Co-Chief Executive Officer; and Mr. Zhu Wenbo has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a member of each of the Remuneration Committee and the Strategic Investment Committee.
