Zheli Holdings (02209.HK) grants 1.45 million share options

Zhitong Finance APP news, YesAsia Holdings (02209.HK) announced that pursuant to Rule 17.06A of the Listing Rules, the Board has resolved on the grant date to grant share options under the post-IPO share option scheme, subject to acceptance by the option grantees, to grant 1.45 million share options (each option carrying the right to subscribe for one share) to 7 option grantees, all of whom are employee participants (one of whom is a senior management grantee), but none of whom are directors or chief executives of the Group.
