Hing Yip Holdings (00132.HK) subsidiary Green Gold Leasing enters into finance lease with lessee

Zhitong Finance APP News, Hing Yip Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on October 26, 2026, the Company's subsidiary, Green Gold Leasing, entered into a finance lease with the lessee, Fangyuan Environmental Protection (Hui'an) Co., Ltd., to acquire ownership of assets from the lessee at a total consideration of RMB 100 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 117.5 million). These assets will be leased back to the lessee for its use and possession for a term of eight years.
