CITIC Prudential Opportunities LOF announced that the fund's unitholders' meeting has already voted on October 20, 2026 to approve the proposal to terminate the fund contract, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has approved the fund's application for delisting. The delisting date is October 28, 2026, and from that date the fund enters the asset liquidation period, no longer accepting applications for subscription, redemption, conversion, regular fixed-amount investment, transfer of custody, and other business, and ceasing to charge fund management fees and custody fees. The record date for delisting rights is October 27, 2026, and all fund unitholders registered on that date enjoy the relevant rights after delisting. The fund asset liquidation period is 6 months, and the liquidation period shall be extended accordingly for securities held whose liquidity is restricted.
