General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 150 of 2026

To further implement the relevant requirements of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee on "strengthening whole-chain supervision of food and drug safety," enhance traceability management of imported food, and optimize public services and the business environment, the General Administration of Customs has revised the Provisions on the Administration of the Record-Filing of Importers and Exporters of Imported Food and hereby promulgates them.
