XPeng AeroHT increases capital to $385 million

Tianyancha App shows that recently, Guangdong Huifly Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of XPENG AEROHT, underwent a business registration change, with its registered capital increasing from US$340 million to US$385 million, an increase of approximately 13%. It is worth noting that the company's registered capital had previously increased from US$330 million to US$340 million. The company was established in December 2020, with Zhao Deli as its legal representative. Its business scope includes engineering and technology research and experimental development, automobile sales, and complete new energy vehicle sales, among others. It is wholly owned by HT Flying Car Limited.
