OK Technology: Plans to invest approximately HKD 100 million to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary and a subsidiary thereof in Hong Kong.

OK Technology announced that the company plans to use its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, OK Xintou Holdings Co., Ltd., in Hong Kong, and through it establish a wholly-owned subsidiary of the subsidiary, OK Xinteng Investment Co., Ltd., with a total outbound investment of approximately HKD 100 million. This matter was reviewed and approved by the board of directors on October 22, 2026, and still requires completion of overseas investment filing, foreign exchange registration, and relevant local procedures in Hong Kong.
