The People's Bank of China will issue the 2027 edition of Panda precious metal commemorative coins.

The People's Bank of China recently issued an announcement stating that it is scheduled to issue a set of 2027 Panda precious metal commemorative coins on October 30, 2026. This set of precious metal commemorative coins consists of 15 coins in total, including 7 Panda standard precious metal commemorative coins and 8 Panda proof precious metal commemorative coins, all of which are legal tender of the People's Republic of China. The obverse design of this set of precious metal commemorative coins is the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests at the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, with the country name and year of issue inscribed; the reverse design is a scene of two giant pandas leaning against each other, with the face value, weight, and purity inscribed.
