Baili Tianheng's Phase III study tops The Lancet, reshaping the later-line treatment landscape for HR+/HER2- breast cancer

The results of the Phase III clinical study PANKU-Breast01, evaluating the globally first-in-class EGFRHER3 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) izalontamab brengitecan (), independently developed by Baili Tianheng, for the later-line treatment of HR+HER2- advanced breast cancer, were presented in the conference's prestigious Late-breaking Abstract session. The research findings were simultaneously published in full text in the main journal of The Lancet.
