Kai Yik Holdings (01025.HK) subsidiary intends to sell Hong Kong property for HK$16.8 million

Zhitong Finance APP News, KAYEE HOLDINGS (01025.HK) announced that on October 23, 2026, the seller (KAYEE International Holdings Limited, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) intends to sell the sale property to the buyer (Hengzhiyi Information Technology Co., Ltd.) for a total cash consideration of HK$16.8 million.
