Lianlian DigiTech (02598.HK) plans to contribute RMB 200 million to co-establish a fund focused on semiconductors, AI, and advanced manufacturing.

Zhitong Finance APP news, Lianlian DigiTech (02598.HK) announced that on October 23, 2026 (after trading hours), the company's directly wholly-owned subsidiary Lianlian Hangzhou (i) entered into a partnership agreement with the general partner (as the general partner and executive partner of the fund), the fund manager (as the manager of the fund) and other limited partners (as limited partners of the fund), concerning, among other things, the establishment, operation and management of the fund, as well as the rights and obligations of the fund's partners; and (ii) entered into a supplemental agreement with the general partner and the fund manager, concerning, among other things, the provision of the fund's financial information and valuation reports to Lianlian Hangzhou.
