Anhui Expressway (00995.HK) plans to issue corporate bonds with an aggregate principal amount of not more than RMB700 million

Zhitong Finance APP News: Anhui Expressway (00995.HK) announced that the board of directors intends, in accordance with the approval, to publicly issue in China corporate bonds (second tranche) for 2026 to professional investors with an aggregate principal amount of not more than RMB700 million. The 2026 second tranche corporate bonds are divided into two varieties: (i) Variety 1 with a term of three years; and (ii) Variety 2 with a term of five years.
