Orinko Advanced Plastics: Completed the acquisition of a 70% equity stake in Italy's OMIKRON.

Orinko Advanced Plastics announced that the acquisition of equity in Italy's OMIKRON S.R.L by its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary Hong Kong Yuanrong has completed closing, with a final closing amount of EUR 21.8229 million. Following closing, the company holds a 70% equity interest in the target company, and OMIKRON has become an associate company of the company. This transaction has completed the relevant domestic filing and approval procedures as well as Italy's national security review of foreign investment.
