The issuance size of the 2026 fourth tranche of medium-term notes is RMB 550 million, with a term of 5 years and a coupon rate of 2.18%. The proceeds from the 2026 fourth tranche of medium-term notes will be used to replace the issuer's own funds used to repay debt financing instruments.
