Wynn Macau (01128.HK) subsidiary intends to contribute up to MOP 1.365 billion to subscribe to the fund

(an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a subscription agreement, pursuant to which the subscriber agreed to commit capital of up to MOP 1.365 billion (equivalent to approximately HK$1.325 billion) to a fund established in Macau by the general partner Macau Project Management (No. 2) One Person Company Limited.
