Wynn Macau (01128.HK) subsidiary to contribute up to MOP 1.365 billion to subscribe to the Macau SAR government-guided fund

Zhitong Finance APP news, Wynn Macau (01128.HK) announced that on October 23, 2026, the subscriber Wynn Resorts (Macau), S.A. (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a subscription agreement, pursuant to which the subscriber agreed to commit capital of up to MOP 1.365 billion (equivalent to approximately HK$1.325 billion) to the Macao SAR Government Guided Fund No. 2 Limited Partnership Fund established in Macau by the general partner (a limited partnership fund established in Macau by the general partner).
