Zhitong Finance APP has learned that the Hong Kong Buildings Department approved a total of 10 building plans in August, including 5 on Hong Kong Island, 3 in Kowloon, and 2 in the New Territories. The approved plans mentioned above include 7 residential and commercial-residential developments, 2 factory and industrial developments, and 1 community service development.
