At 22:33 on October 22, a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck Baqing County in Nagqu City. To earnestly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and follow the decisions and arrangements of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and Government, the Autonomous Region Department of Finance quickly established a green channel for funding support. On October 23, the Autonomous Region Department of Finance urgently allocated 50 million yuan in central natural disaster relief funds. Together with the 20 million yuan in relief funds arranged by the autonomous region, a cumulative total of 70 million yuan in natural disaster relief funds has been pre-allocated to fully support emergency rescue and disaster relief work.
