Zhitong Finance APP News, Zai Lab (09688) announced that on October 22, 2026 (Eastern Time in the United States), the Company entered into a securities purchase agreement with investors, pursuant to which the Company agreed to issue and sell to investors a total of 11.34 million American Depositary Shares (representing an aggregate of 113.4 million underlying shares with an aggregate par value of US$680.40) at the American Depositary Share price. Each American Depositary Share represents 10 ordinary shares as the underlying shares. Leerink Partners LLC acted as the sole placement agent for the private placement.
