Zhongwei New Materials (02579.HK) plans Indonesia nickel mine restructuring, intends to take control of DDL and ANHI

Zhitong Finance APP news, CNGR Advanced Material (02579.HK) announced that on October 22, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary CNGR Hong Kong intends to acquire a 53.3% equity interest in HML from Evergreen for a consideration of approximately US$108 million. ANHI intends to issue up to 100 billion new ANHI shares through a rights issue, with a maximum consideration of US$463 million, and EEP, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to subscribe for additional ANHI shares for a cash consideration. ANHI intends to acquire a 100% equity interest in DDL from HML for a cash consideration of US$324 million.
