Zhitong Finance APP News, Haizhi Technology Group (02706.HK) announced that Ms. Pan Peimin has resigned as the Company's joint company secretary; the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and the Company's agent for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules (agent for service of legal process documents), with effect from October 21, 2026.
