Grand Pharmaceutical Group (00512) proposes appointing Deloitte as new auditor

Zhitong Finance APP News, Grand Pharma (00512) announces that, in order to support the Group's overseas expansion strategy, the Board considers that now is an appropriate time to rotate the Company's external auditor. Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Board, the Company proposes to terminate the appointment of the Company's current auditor, Guo Wei Certified Public Accountants Limited (Guo Wei), as the auditor of the Company for the year ending December 31, 2026 (the Proposed Termination), and to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) as the Company's new auditor for the year ending December 31, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy arising from the "Proposed Termination," and to hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting (the Proposed Appointment, together with the "Proposed Termination," collectively the "Proposed Change of Auditor"). The Proposed Change of Auditor is subject to, among other things, the passing of the relevant resolution by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be convened.
