The National Radio and Television Administration has issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for Radio, Television and Online Audiovisual." The Plan proposes achieving integrated technical support. It calls for accelerating the construction of a comprehensive technical platform featuring IP-based, cloud-based, intelligent and integrated capabilities, and promoting lightweight production and broadcasting. It also calls for fully utilizing the computing-network resources of the new-type broadcasting network, exploring the establishment of a cloud-based technical support system at the provincial level, and strengthening the supply of key technical resources such as industry-wide common technologies and industry large models.
