Zhitong Finance APP news, RoboSense (02498) announced that on October 21, 2026, the Company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen RoboSense and Dr. Qiu Chunxin (an executive Director, the chairman of the Board and the chief scientist of the Company, and a substantial shareholder of the Company) and Mr. Liu Letian (an executive Director and the chief technology officer of the Company) each entered into loan agreements, pursuant to which Shenzhen RoboSense agreed to provide principal amounts of up to RMB10 million each to Dr. Qiu Chunxin and Mr. Liu Letian respectively.
