Boreton (01333) completes placement of 18.3162 million shares, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$199 million

Zhitong Finance APP News, Breton (01333) announced that all conditions under the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the placing was completed on October 21, 2026. A total of 18,316,200 new H Shares (representing approximately 4.65% of the issued H Shares and approximately 4.30% of the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares immediately upon completion of the placing, respectively) have been successfully placed to not less than six placees at the placing price of HK$12.06 per H Share in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the placing agreement.
