First, promote AI empowerment across the entire chain of automotive R&D, production, supply, and services, and accelerate the building of a new-generation intelligent connected new energy vehicle technology system. Second, accelerate large-scale demonstrations of key autonomous driving scenarios, thoroughly implement the "vehicle-road-cloud integration" pilot, and promote the deep integration of automobiles with information and communications, energy, transportation, and smart cities. Third, ensure the publicity and implementation of mandatory national standards related to autonomous driving, accelerate the development of key standards such as operation monitoring and data security, thoroughly implement the special action for improving automobile quality, and build a sound policy environment.
