Boreton (01333.HK): Qiu Debo resigns as executive director

Zhitong Finance APP News, Breton (01333.HK) announced that Mr. Qiu Debo has resigned from his positions as an executive director of the Company, a member of the Board Strategy Committee, and the president of the Company due to other work arrangements, effective from October 20, 2026. After Mr. Qiu's resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the Group.
