Li Gao, vice minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, revealed at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office on the 21st that the Ministry of Ecology and Environment is currently working with relevant departments to draft reform documents, and will further strengthen top-level design, enhance overall coordination, and accelerate the building of a full-chain closed-loop work mechanism covering "observation and projection, risk assessment, adaptation actions, effectiveness feedback, and optimization and improvement," so as to solidly advance climate-resilient development, reduce climate change risks and damages, and provide strong support for building a climate-adaptive society.
