(02551.HK) announced that on March 5, 2025, Guangzhou Lingwei (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) (as the employer) entered into an EPC contract with SYC Yuanyuan Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (as the contractor), pursuant to which Guangzhou Lingwei engaged SYC to provide EPC services for the project, with a total contract amount of RMB 276 million. The project refers to Guangzhou Lingwei's Greater Bay Area headquarters production and R&D base project.
