Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has proposed to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the company's new auditor, with a term until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by shareholders at the company's extraordinary general meeting.
