On October 16, 2026, Preferred Investment acquired BNP Notes III with a principal amount of US$5 million in the over-the-counter market at a purchase price of US$87.891, for a consideration of approximately US$4.3945 million, and acquired CCAMCL Notes III with a principal amount of US$12 million in the over-the-counter market at a purchase price of US$100.00, for a consideration of US$12 million.
