China Star Entertainment Group (00326.HK): Forfeiture of Unclaimed Dividends

Zhitong Finance APP News, China Star Entertainment Group (00326.HK) announced that, pursuant to Article 155 of the Articles of Association of China Star Entertainment Group Limited (the Company), all dividends that remain unclaimed six years after the date of declaration may be forfeited and reverted to the Company by the Board of Directors. The Board hereby notifies shareholders of the Company and holders of dividend convertible bonds (Shareholders) that the following unclaimed dividends will be forfeited and reverted to the Company on November 3, 2026: final dividend of HK2 cents per share declared on April 27, 2009; special dividend of HK3.3 cents per share declared on October 21, 2011; special dividend of HK4 cents per share declared on March 26, 2013; special dividend of HK15 cents per share declared on December 18, 2018; special interim dividend of HK12.5 cents per share declared on August 30, 2019.
