Zhitong Finance APP News, Fuyao Glass (03606) announced that on October 20, 2026, the Board of Directors passed a resolution recommending the election of members of the twelfth Board of Directors, including Mr. Cao Dewang, Mr. Cao Hui, Mr. Ye Shu, Mr. Chen Xiangming and Ms. Zhang Haiyan as executive directors (among whom Ms. Zhang Haiyan will serve as a candidate for employee representative director), Mr. Wu Shinong and Ms. Zhu Dezhen as non-executive directors, and Ms. LIU XIAOZHI, Ms. Cheng Yan, Mr. Xue Zuyun and Mr. Da Zhenghao as independent non-executive directors. The relevant proposals (except the proposal to elect Ms. Zhang Haiyan) are still subject to the deliberation and approval of the extraordinary general meeting, and the proposal to elect Ms. Zhang Haiyan as an executive director (employee representative director) is still subject to the deliberation and approval of the employee representative congress.
