Numans (02530.HK): Liu Junhui Has Been Appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director

Zhitong Finance APP News, Numans (02530.HK) announced that the Board hereby announces that (i) Ms. Yan Yongyi has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee, and the chairman of the audit committee of the Company; and (ii) Mr. Liu Junhui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee, and the chairman of the audit committee of the Company, both with effect from October 20, 2026.
