The company held the 13th meeting of the eighth board of directors on October 15, 2026, at which it approved the appointment of Yang Fengyuan as deputy general manager and board secretary, with a term from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the eighth board of directors. Yang Fengyuan will also serve as the person responsible for the company's information disclosure affairs.
