Haitian Shares: Termination of Planning Major Matters, Company Securities to Resume Trading on October 20

Haitian Co., Ltd. announced that due to uncertainty surrounding the planning of a major matter, the company's shares, Haitian Convertible Bonds, and convertible bond conversion were suspended from trading on October 19, 2026. During the suspension period, the company communicated fully with the counterparty regarding the transaction. As the two parties were unable to reach agreement on certain matters, the company decided to terminate the planning of this major matter. The company's shares, Haitian Convertible Bonds, and convertible bond conversion will resume trading from October 20, 2026. The termination of the planning of this major matter will not have an adverse impact on the company's production and operations.
