Zhitong Finance APP News, Zhongchuang Environmental Protection (300056.SZ) announced that Zhoukou Zhongkong Investment Co., Ltd. ("Zhoukou Zhongkong"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, intends to transfer its 26.9843 million shares of the company, accounting for 7% of the company's total share capital, through public solicitation for agreement-based transfer. The transfer price shall not be less than RMB 8.25 per share.
