Musk's Starlink is at the doorstep, and Europe's four major telecom giants are teaming up to fight back by bidding for satellite spectrum.

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that several major European mobile operators have reached a consensus to form an industry consortium to bid for satellite spectrum and launch direct-to-cell satellite services, in order to counter the competitive pressure brought by Elon Musk's Starlink.
