Tencent Cloud will raise the prices for .com domain registration, renewal, and transfer.

On October 19, Tencent Cloud issued a notice: it has received a notification from the .com domain registry Verisign that the wholesale price of .com domain names will increase globally starting November 1, 2026. Due to the upstream cost change, Tencent Cloud will adjust the sales price of .com domain names accordingly. The registration, renewal, and transfer prices for the .com suffix will increase, while the redemption price will remain unchanged; prices for other domain suffixes will also be unaffected.
