Zhitong Finance APP has learned that on October 19, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, and the Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission announced a decision to optimize and adjust export control measures for drone-related items, effective November 18. Export enterprises that have established an internal compliance system for dual-use item export controls and operate it well, have relevant dual-use item export records and relatively fixed export channels and end users, may apply facilitation measures such as general licenses in accordance with the law.
