John Lee: Welcome AIIB to further leverage Hong Kong's bond market for bond issuance, guiding international capital to precisely invest in high-quality green projects.

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Chief Executive John Lee posted on social media that today, he met with Ms. Zou Jiayi, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, at Government House, welcoming her and her delegation to Hong Kong to attend the 2026 APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting. John Lee noted that this was his second meeting with President Zou since January this year, and that Hong Kong, as a member of the AIIB, has been leveraging its unique advantages of connectivity with the mainland and the world under "One Country, Two Systems" to assist the AIIB in promoting sustainable infrastructure development in Asia.
