Institution: Shanghai office market demand rebounds in Q3.

Recently, several commercial real estate agencies have successively released their reports on Shanghai's real estate market for the third quarter of 2026. The data all show that Shanghai's commercial real estate market continues to exhibit a trend of demand recovery coupled with industrial upgrading: demand in the office market is picking up, activity in retail properties is increasing, and the cumulative total transaction value in the investment market for the first three quarters has achieved double-digit year-on-year growth.
