Haili Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to repurchase its domestically listed foreign shares through centralized bidding, with a repurchase amount of no less than USD 2.25 million and no more than USD 4.5 million. The source of funds will be its own funds, and the repurchase price will not exceed USD 0.840 per share. All repurchased shares will be cancelled to reduce registered capital. Based on the upper limit of the repurchase price, the number of shares to be repurchased is expected to be 2.6786 million to 5.3571 million shares, accounting for 0.25% to 0.50% of the company's total share capital. The repurchase period shall not exceed 12 months from the date the proposal is approved by the shareholders' meeting on October 9, 2026. The company's directors, senior management, and controlling shareholders have no plans to reduce their holdings in the next 3 months or 6 months. This repurchase is subject to risks such as the share price exceeding the upper limit and insufficient liquidity of B shares, which may prevent the repurchase from being implemented as planned.
