Zhito Finance APP News, iDreamSky (01119.HK) announced that on October 15, 2026 (after trading hours), the Company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to appoint the placing agent, and the placing agent has agreed to act as the Company's agent, on a best-efforts basis, to procure placees to subscribe for up to 188 million placing shares at a placing price of HK$0.31 per share.
