Piotech (688072.SH) plans to acquire equity in three companies, including Wuxi Shangji, for 2.5 billion yuan.

Zhito Finance APP News, Piotech (688072.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire, through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, from 34 counterparties including Wang Shikuan, Xia Xiaojun, and Wuxi Xinju, their combined holdings of an 82.97% stake in Wuxi Shangji, 100% equity in Shanghai Taina Micro, and 100% equity in Wuxi Kuanxing, and to raise supporting funds. The total transaction price is 2.5 billion yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will directly and indirectly hold 100% of the shares of Wuxi Shangji.
